The Opportunity

As Site Service Team Leader, you will support the Site Service Manager in delivering engineering excellence across the factory. You’ll help ensure our site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with all regulatory standards, while leading and developing a team of engineering professionals.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence strategic decisions, contribute to continuous improvement, and be a key player in maintaining our position as market leaders.

Key Responsibilities :
 
  • Supporting the Site Service Manager in achieving site objectives and KPIs
  • Ensuring Health & Safety is prioritised across all engineering activity
  • Demonstrating strong engineering presence during audits, customer visits, and site initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve site performance, efficiency, and safety
  • Managing and developing Engineering Team Leaders
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring effective PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) processes
The Ideal Candidate

  • A qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Proven experience managing people, performance, and processes
  • Self‑motivation and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety and relevant legislation
