The Opportunity
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic finance environment? Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers, processes, and customer communication? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance Shared Service Centre. In this role, you’ll be a key player in managing aged debtors, allocating daily cash receipts, resolving invoice disputes, and ensuring prompt customer payments. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that embraces change, automation, and continuous improvement. Strong organisation and communication skills are essential as you’ll be liaising across departments and with external partners.
- Process and allocate customer payments accurately, including daily cash postings and reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage aged debtors, chasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter.
- Resolve billing disputes by liaising with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely credit notes and adjustments.
- Generate and post sales invoices, ensuring product pricing and customer data are accurate.
- Provide regular reporting on debtor performance and support monthly financial close activities.
