What You'll Do

Are you a packaging expert with an analytical mindset and a passion for innovation? We are looking for a Senior Packaging Technologist to oversee the packaging function from NPD handover to product launch, ensuring excellence in both primary and secondary packaging.

• Manage packaging from concept to launch
• Conduct feasibility trials and provide detailed reports
• Work with NPD & process teams to develop final packing standards
• Oversee cutter amendments and technical specifications
• Conduct bakery trials for new packaging formats
• Assist in artwork approvals & packaging waste returns
• Support group purchasing projects and attend press print runs

What you will need

There is a right role for everyone and we want to set you up for success. For the Senior Process Technologist role we are looking for the following key skills and experience for this position:

• Experience: Background in packaging, ideally with cardboard/flow wrap materials
• Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects
• Education: Degree in Science (or equivalent experience in a packaging role)
