As a Transport Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of transport activities, helping drivers, planners and operational teams work together effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day transport activities and operational requirements
- Assist drivers and operational teams with transport-related queries
- Monitor transport schedules and help manage operational changes
- Maintain accurate transport records, documentation and system information
- Communicate effectively with drivers, planners, customers and colleagues
- Ensure delivery performance monitoring and service reporting
- Assist with route updates, delivery changes and customer requests
- Ensure transport information is updated accurately within operational systems
