About The Role

Are you passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights? We're looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Group Technical & Sustainability team, where you'll play a key role in supporting business-wide decision-making through data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Working with stakeholders across technical, quality, food safety and sustainability functions, you'll help drive performance, compliance and digital transformation by delivering accurate reporting, identifying trends and supporting the development of smarter ways of working.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, validate and analyse technical, quality, food safety, audit, compliance and sustainability data.
  • Produce KPI reports, dashboards and performance insights using Power BI, Excel and reporting tools.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to support continuous improvement across the business.
  • Support technical systems, databases, automation projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.

  • Passion for data accuracy, continuous improvement and delivering meaningful business insights.
