About The Role

As a QA Manager, you help make sure the food we produce is safe, legal and high quality every day. You lead the Quality Assurance team and oversee quality systems across the site. You work closely with Operations, Technical and other teams to make sure standards are followed, issues are resolved quickly and continuous improvement is part of everyday work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA team across site operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for food safety and quality matters.
  • Ensure quality systems meet customer, legal and company standards.
  • Work closely with Operations to maintain strong quality and hygiene practices.
  • Manage non‑conformances, making sure actions are completed and closed out.
  • Investigate quality, micro or process issues and agree clear outcomes.
  • Support audits, inspections and customer visits.
  • Help develop and maintain HACCP and food safety systems.
  • Train, coach and develop QA colleagues and auditors.

  • Bringing a good understanding of food safety, quality systems and audits.

  • You will have strong attention to detail and will be able to explain standards to different stakeholder groups.
