We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to join our fast-paced Logistics operation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of products while maintaining exceptional service levels across the business. You'll lead frontline teams, drive operational performance, and play a key role in delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practice across all logistics activities.
- Manage, coach and develop Team Leaders and operational colleagues to achieve business and performance objectives.
- Oversee labour planning, resource allocation and day-to-day logistics operations to deliver operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve service, productivity and cost performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure excellent service levels and operational effectiveness.
