The Opportunity
Join us as a Brand Manager and take the lead on West Cornwall Pasty Co., a £100m+ RSV premium food‑to‑go brand. This role is fast‑paced, creative and commercially focused, giving you the chance to shape brand strategy, deliver exciting innovation and influence key market‑leading campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver annual brand plans aligned with our 3‑year strategy.
- Lead communications, agency relationships and through‑the‑line activation.
- Drive seasonal and limited‑edition product launches from idea to national rollout.
- Manage digital strategy, social content and brand engagement.
- Monitor brand performance, P&L and marketing spend.
- Support the wider portfolio including Urban Eat and Leaf & Loaf (25%).
- Collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Operations and external partners.
The Ideal Candidate

- Degree in Marketing or Business (ideal but not essential).
