The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll play a key role in analysing and presenting financial and operational performance, providing insight that helps senior leaders make effective decisions and drive continuous business improvement.
- Business partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and influence decision‑making.
- Analyse operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving actions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present weekly financial results and commentary to the senior leadership team.
- Reconcile material costs at month end, reporting key variances and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support budget and forecast preparation, alongside wider business analysis and improvement projects.
The Ideal Candidate

- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with experience in a Management Accountant role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate reports to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, VBA/Macros) and experience using ERP systems.
- A proactive, flexible team player with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
