The Opportunity
Working across two sites in Leicestershire, you’ll play a key role in shaping new packaging solutions, improving existing formats, and supporting the success of our product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a real impact in sustainability, consumer experience and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver innovative, commercially viable packaging solutions for all NPD and EPD projects through effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Act as the technical packaging expert, providing guidance and support to project teams across both sites.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on sustainability, consumer experience and operational performance.
- Manage and validate packaging through trials, testing and production runs, ensuring robust performance and on‑time project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers, while managing timelines, artwork approvals and packaging deliverables.
The Ideal Candidate

- A relevant degree is desirable; packaging‑related training or courses are a bonus.
- Experience within FMCG is ideal, but we also welcome applicants from other industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases) and a proactive, self‑starting mindset. A driving licence is required.
