The Opportunity
In this role you’ll coordinate and deliver a wide range of training programmes, manage learning providers, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and ensure our L&D data and systems are accurately maintained. You’ll also coach and support managers to build capability within their teams and champion a positive learning culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for managers regarding training needs and development planning.
- Deliver and coordinate engaging learning events, workshops and induction activities.
- Support delivery of the Group L&D Strategy and wider People strategy.
- Partner with People Teams to promote learning tools, development pathways and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate training records, reporting and data insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance training is well‑managed, tracked and completed.
The Ideal Candidate

- CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development (or equivalent).
- Experience in an L&D or training role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong training delivery, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating training programmes and managing learning resources.
- Competent with data, reporting and maintaining accurate records.
- Budget awareness and experience supporting spend control.
