The Opportunity
As our Site Engineering Manager, you’ll play a critical role in developing and delivering our engineering, people and technical strategies. You will lead a diverse, skilled engineering team, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across all manufacturing and site services.
You’ll be the driving force behind engineering improvements, capital projects, and long-term cost‑saving initiatives — all while fostering a culture built on safety, continuous improvement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and embed a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture across Engineering and the wider site.
- Ensure engineering operations meet internal, customer, and industry technical standards.
- Maintain and enhance a 24/7 manufacturing environment through effective resource planning.
- Oversee maintenance, site services and engineering spend — including budgets and forecasts.
- Set and monitor PPM, breakdown and performance measures to drive continual improvement.
- Lead capital projects from concept to implementation.
- Inspire, develop and lead a team of (Managers, Engineers, Site Services, Systems).

- Excellent communication, numerical and problem‑solving skills.
