The Opportunity


We are looking for a proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Site Services team. In this role, you will ensure all facilities-related activities comply with internal policies, UK regulations, and health & safety standards. You’ll manage contractors, oversee maintenance tasks, and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment

  • Oversee contractor management, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety protocols.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with UK legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, CDM).
  • Support facilities management, including maintenance and statutory compliance of building systems.
  • Carry out risk assessments and implement corrective actions for incidents or near-misses.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for senior management.
The Ideal Candidate

  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience in facilities management, contractor management, or compliance coordination within the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
