The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic Production Manager to lead operations within our Sausage Factory. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results for our customers.
- Manage all production activities, ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are met.
- Achieve KPIs for efficiency, quality, and profitability through continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee stock control and coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer audits, technical visits, and buying visits.

- Level 3 qualifications in Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and HACCP.

- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure to meet business needs.
