The Opportunity
Are you a commercially astute leader with a passion for FMCG and retail partnerships? We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Savoury Pastry team on a 13-month maternity cover contract, leading our strategic relationship with Morrisons.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll take ownership of delivering against sales and profit targets, managing NPD/EPD launches, promotional strategies, and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and more, ensuring seamless execution of our Joint Business Plan and commercial strategy.
- Lead the Morrisons account, driving growth and profitability.
- Manage commercial forecasts and promotional plans.
- Collaborate on category strategies to grow market share.
- Deliver customer efficiency improvements and cost model management.
- Support and coach a Commercial Executive.
