The Opportunity

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and people development? We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products efficiently, safely, and on time. As Production Manager, you’ll lead a production area, coordinating teams, resources, and activities to meet production targets while upholding the highest standards in health & safety, food safety, and quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments across the business and take ownership of team performance, continuous improvement, and colleague development.
 
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering a values-led, people-first culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Drive food safety and quality, acting swiftly to manage risks.
  • Deliver production plans efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Use KPIs and data to guide decisions and lead improvement projects.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, and development to build high-performing teams.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels of the business.
