The Opportunity
Are you looking to develop a career in commercial management within a leading UK food business? We are recruiting for a Commercial Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in managing relationships with major UK retailers and to contribute directly to our sales and profit delivery. As Commercial Executive, you’ll work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver against our customer strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing customer data and producing meaningful insights to drive decision-making
- Supporting promotional planning, product costing, and margin analysis
- Building compelling commercial presentations
- Taking ownership of key administrative tasks, including promotional and pricing updates
- Contributing to accurate forecasting and project delivery
- Attending customer meetings and liaising with retail partners
The Ideal Candidate
We are ideally seeking candidates with some prior commercial experience – whether in sales support, customer account management, retail buying or similar roles. However, we are also open to applications from motivated individuals who show strong aptitude for commercial work and can demonstrate fast learning, high attention to detail, and comfort with systems and processes.
