The Opportunity
Are you a proactive SHE leader ready to make a real impact? We’re seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, shaping and driving a safety-first culture across our site operations. As our SHE Manager, you will take charge of developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies aligned with our business strategy. You’ll work closely with site teams, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, reduce risks, and foster continuous improvement across all HSE matters.
- Develop and implement site-wide HSE policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce risk.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, manage legal compliance, and oversee insurance and liability claims.

- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma, IEMA Certificate, Food Safety Level 4, Lead Auditor training

- Skills: Confident with ICT systems, excellent analytical and communication abilities, strategic thinker with hands-on leadership
