What You'll Do

Join Our Finance Shared Services Team – Where Accuracy Meets Opportunity

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for a selection of our businesses. Working within the Management Accounting team, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting month-end reporting in line with group deadlines
• Preparing and posting prepayments, accruals, and other journals
• Managing intercompany recharges
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Supporting ad hoc accounting tasks and improvement projects

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate reporting that supports sound decision-making across the business.

What you will need

You’ll be a motivated and adaptable individual with a proactive attitude. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• AAT qualification (achieved or in progress – apprenticeship routes available)
• Some experience in a finance team or accounting environment
• Excel skills and a working knowledge of ERP systems (desirable)
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering accurate work
• Great collaboration skills and a willingness to embrace change
