What You'll Do

As a New Product Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include:

• Lead the development of new and existing product ranges, from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, category, and culinary teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable products.
• Build strong relationships with key retail customers, understanding their brand values and translating them into winning propositions.
• Manage the critical path, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Oversee, support, and develop a team of NPD Technologists.
• Continuously benchmark product quality, ensuring our products remain best in class.

Your work as a New Product Development Manager will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.

What you will need

• Proven experience in NPD management, ideally in a chilled food manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience working with retail customers and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management, project management, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for food and innovation!
