The Opportunity
We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. Some of what you can expect to be doing includes:
- New account queries and courtesy calls
- Manual order processing and credit process
- Service level reporting
- Customer liaison and updating on new developments etc
- Complaints handling and delivery enquiries
