The Opportunity
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? WALKERS – The Original Pie Co. – is looking for a driven and dynamic Logistics Supervisor to take the wheel of our day-to-day logistics operations and lead our team to even greater efficiency. - Lead and manage the Logistics Team across Intake, Dry Goods, Warehouse, and Despatch
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and lead on equipment checks and FLT training
- Own logistics planning – from labour and equipment to shunt schedules and yard management
- Ensure effective communication with internal departments and external partners
- Investigate accidents and champion continuous improvement
- Drive cost-efficiency while exceeding internal and external customer expectations

- A proven leader with experience supervising logistics or warehouse operations
- A strong communicator who’s proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-driven
- Familiarity with risk assessments, SOPs, and MHE/FLT training
- Ability to deliver in a high-pressure environment while keeping morale high
- Experience working with food safety standards is a major plus
