- Inspire and Lead: Manage and develop teams across shifts, ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing are a top priority.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and operational targets.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for enhanced processes, cost savings, and better performance.
- Deliver Results: Ensure your teams are audit-ready every day, meeting KPIs and customer expectations.
The Ideal Candidate

- Proven leadership experience in a high-care or chilled food manufacturing environment within hygiene management.
- A resilient, solution-focused mindset with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
- IOSH, HACCP Level 3, and Food Safety Level 3 qualifications (training provided if needed).
- Expertise in hygiene services and food safety standards, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
