Are you focused on detail and do you enjoy being organised? With this opportunity as Group Technical Administrator, you will be key to ensuring that the team runs smoothly. Setting up meetings, arranging travel and assisting with administrative duties as well as ensuring purchase orders are paid on time. There is flexibility in how the hours in this role can be worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Technical Team with day to day work such as meeting coordination and customer visits
- Take on administrative duties such as booking travel and accommodation and managing agendas and action points.
- Collate information into meeting documentation and pick up any additional research or organisation of materials.
