About The Role

As a Quality Auditor Team Leader, you guide and support the Quality Auditors on shift. You make sure checks, audits and investigations are completed on time and to the right standard. You help keep products safe, legal and high‑quality by working closely with Production, Technical, Hygiene and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and organise Quality Auditors so all checks and audits happen on schedule.
  • Make sure non‑conformances are understood, corrected and followed up.
  • Carry out investigations into customer complaints, out‑of‑spec results and micro or chemical issues.
  • Complete GMP, traceability, hygiene and fabrication audits and report findings.
  • Manage testing schedules for raw materials, products and the environment.
  • Support validation, HACCP improvements and internal audits.Keep calibration records up to date and organise external calibration when needed.
  • Support team development through coaching, guidance and performance management.

  • Bringing an understanding of BRC, retailer standards, HACCP and food safety.

  • You will demonstrate a positive, supportive attitude and strong work ethic.
