In fact, half of our people have been with us for more than 5 years…and many a lot longer than that.

So what’s the job all about?
- Lead a motivated Materials Warehouse Team to deliver a sustainable process that results in accurate stocks, on time supply of materials with a focus on quality and completed safety at the lowest cost.
- Effective operation and basic checks of machinery (e.g.: visual inspections), check and report on health and safety issues within the working area making safe when necessary, call in and supervise FLT engineers to sort site MHE issues.
- Complete Team Members’ RTW interviews and relevant absence review meetings, investigate serious breaches of discipline, accidents/incidents and process failures; offer support to colleagues at all levels.
