So what’s the job all about?
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient production of bakery goods to agreed standards. You’ll be multi-skilled across tasks in your area and work closely with the Section Leader and Shift Manager to meet production targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing bakery goods to agreed specifications and targets.
- Completing all paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Wearing appropriate PPE and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
