The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Area Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all operations. As an Area Manager, you’ll be fully responsible for your department during your shift—making key decisions on personnel, production, quality, cost control, safety, and service. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and manage Team Leaders and Operators to achieve performance goals.
- Drive quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with SOPs.
- Ensure cost-effective operations through data-driven decision-making.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee training, development, and succession planning.
The Ideal Candidate

- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
