The Opportunity
As part of the resourcing team you will above all be a team player and happy to help and support the overall aims of the team to provide an excellent internal service to our hiring managers and a really positive experience to candidates. In this role you will be focusing on our weekly paid within production and warehouse. This will involve working through a recruitment system, calling candidates, booking in interviews, providing candidate feedback, offering roles and keeping the system up to date. This is a busy role with the opportunity to use your initiative and share your feedback and ideas to continue to develop the service. As a part time opportunity there is some flexibility on hours but these will need to be worked across 5 days any time between 8am-6pm which can be discussed pre interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising new positions and clarifying details with hiring managers
- Telephone screening and coordinating interview set up
- Feeding back to candidates
- Keeping Hiring Managers updated
- Updating the system with key information, candidate movement and job fills to feed into KPIs

- Experience of using a recruitment system would be an advantage or able to evidence the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Whilst a recruitment background would be an advantage, contact centre experience or similar will be considered where there are transferable skills
