Key Responsibilities :
- Support and coach individuals across departments to adopt new ways of working and continuously improve performance.
- Deliver CI actions in line with our Manufacturing Excellence strategy, with a balance of office-based planning and shop floor execution.
- Gather and analyse data to inform improvement decisions and track progress.
- Apply CI tools and techniques such as 5S, SMED, and problem-solving frameworks.

- Experience in a food manufacturing environment (chilled food preferred) and working knowledge of GMP.
- A confident and engaging communicator who can inspire, coach, and support colleagues across all levels.
- Experience with Lean and CI principles (Yellow Belt or equivalent preferred).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and confident analysing and presenting data.
- A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and passion for continuous improvement.
We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work. We encourage positive communication, and the building of strong collaborative relationships is essential to every role.
