The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for the SBSC you will be required to provide first class customer service whilst maintaining a professional manner when interfacing with customers, colleagues and third parties, either in person or on the telephone to reflect the Company’s quality image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer switchboard whilst onsite, taking and passing messages quickly and accurately or directing calls as needed
- Greeting visitors and support with booking in process where required
- Be aware of location of visitors in case of emergency
- Book accommodation and travel
- Support with site visits
The Ideal Candidate

- Previous reception/customer service experience
- Excellent communication/telephone skills
- Computer literate including the whole Microsoft suite
- Numerate and Literate to National Level 2
