The Opportunity
As a Specifications Technologist, you will play a critical role in managing product specifications for major retail customers. You will ensure that our product labelling meets all food safety, quality, and legal standards, helping to bring our delicious products to market on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product specifications for branded and own-label products across multiple retailers.
- Ensure product labels are accurate and comply with customer codes of practice and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on critical paths from concept to launch, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Attend pre-artwork meetings with customers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Co-manage the artwork process to ensure packaging accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work flexibly within a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with web-based specification systems.
