The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a New Product Development (NPD) Sourcing Specialist! Are you passionate about driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency? Look no further!
As our NPD Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of all NPD sourcing activities for our business unit. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that materials are meticulously sourced from our preferred supplier list, and that site NPD activities are seamlessly managed from concept to launch.
Key responsibilities include supplying accurate product information to the business unit, meticulously updating our systems, and managing projects and samples with precision. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with our procurement and raw materials teams to drive future innovation while optimizing our product range.
You'll play a pivotal role in raising sample orders, maintaining alignment with group procurement, and ensuring that all raw material specifications meet our rigorous standards before presenting to customers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ordering all ingredients needed for factory trials, supporting the Process Team's requirements with efficiency and expertise.

The Ideal Candidate
