So what’s the job all about?
Our Cookhouse Optimiser roles at Samworth Brothers won’t hang about for long. That’s because the people who’ll apply for them are full of energy and lightning quick.
- Complete the set-up and start-up checks of the machines, review the daily production schedule and ensure the correct quantities of materials are available to meet the production needs.
- Provide guidance to the production operatives working on the line and work closely with the Team Leader to manage the line performance.
- Ensure product quality is continuously monitored through the shift, fill relevant paperwork as per requirement and CCP checks on the lines.
