The Opportunity
This role will be critical in the delivery of the 1 Food To Go automation strategy , and will oversee the design, implementation and overall management of automated systems. Within this role, through automation, you will help to deliver sustainable productivity enhancements, ensure quality is improved by standardisation and will work hand in hand with compliance and safety functions to keep people safe.
Key Responsibilities :
- As part of the 1FTG strategy, look to bring in new technology into the business, by linking and working with well-established robotics integrators / partners
- Oversee the design, implementation and management of automated system / machinery
- To work hand in hand with the functional leads and Site Director’s to ensure automation projects are delivered on time and in full
- Provide training and support for new automated systems and processes
- Ensure all the automated systems comply with industry standards and regulations

- The ability to influence cross functional teams
